Process
How we work.
Five stages, in order. Honest about how long each one takes. The order matters: skip the acoustic design and the room never sounds right; skip the discovery conversation and the brief never quite fits.
- 01
Discovery
1–2 weeks
A site visit, a conversation about how the room will be used, and a frank conversation about budget. We don't promise rooms we can't deliver, and we won't quote a number we can't defend.
- 02
Design
4–8 weeks
Acoustic plan first. Equipment specification second. Costed scheme third. We design rooms; the equipment is what the room asks for, not the other way round.
- 03
Build
8–24 weeks
Wet trades, cabling, AV install, integration with lighting and control. We coordinate the trades that touch the room and accept responsibility for what gets handed over.
- 04
Calibration
1–2 weeks
Acoustic calibration, screen and projector alignment, final commissioning. This is the hand-finishing — the moment the room sounds and looks right. Done in-house, never outsourced.
- 05
Aftercare
Ongoing
The long tail of looking after the room, year on year. Annual calibration check, firmware updates, content-library housekeeping, and the relationship that means you call us first when something changes.
